Sleep is when most of the body’s recovery and repair take place. The brain sleeps on a conscious level, but the body is very alert and active during sleep. This is where most of the body recovers. 

So, to get these effects on your skin, you need to create a night skincare routine. Understanding your skin type is important to understand how to best treat your skin.

If you don’t remove your makeup, you’ll age because your makeup acts like a magnet that traps sebum, dirt, and dead skin cells. Leftover makeup creates a barrier between your skin and the products you apply, preventing skin care products from being absorbed. 

Applying eye makeup overnight can cause eye infections and irritation. Even mascara that blocks the sweat glands on your lashes can cause unsightly stains. If you like full makeup, the double cleanse will make your cleanse much cleaner. 

What we love most is that it is good for all skin types, even dry skin. If your skin reacts strongly to makeup, it is recommended to see a dermatologist, even if you wash your face properly.

Cleanse

One of the most common excuses for not cleaning at night is that you’re too tired. If you start your nighttime skincare routine at 7 or 8 p.m., you’re less likely to skip it. 

Cleansing your skin overnight can help prevent the spread of bacteria and acne breakouts. Skin also repairs itself at night, so removing makeup and washing your face are essential to keeping your skin healthy.

Toning

The best time to use the toner is in the morning and before bed after cleansing. After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with your desired toner (for organic products, use your fingers) and sweep along the contour of the face. 

Toning can keep you fresh and make you feel rejuvenated while you’re asleep. Toning your face before bed can also promote better sleep. 

Eye Cream

This light and nourishing eye cream are rich in peptides that help prevent the signs of aging. Factors such as dryness, loss of collagen and elasticity can cause small wrinkles around the eyes. 

Adding eye cream to your daily skincare routine can help make your wrinkles less noticeable. It also helps you treat dark circles and under eye bags. 

If you’re looking for an anti-aging eye cream, consider ingredients like caffeine, hyaluronic acid, and peptides. Caffeine helps reduce bags under the eyes by constricting blood vessels and reducing inflammation.

Moisturize
