A young woman has taken to the social media platform TikTok to share how she packs for her holiday.

We know when price tickets are dirt cheap, it usually means it’s too good to be true. With the likes of Ryanair, you can bag a flight for a mere £5 if you’re lucky and then the cost of adding luggage boosts up the price by another £20-£30 each way.

Ryanair’s bag policy allows a small personal bag, which must fit under the seat in front of you. This can be around a holdall or rucksack size with the dimensions 40 x 20 x 25.

Under the handle Kate Hux, she lays out her rucksack, which is a Gosling Classic canvas back pack by Tokyo Laundry, measures it out and shows what she will be taking with her.

She shows off three bikini sets, sunglasses, a watch, sandals, a little handbag, the plastic bag with liquids, sample sachets of shampoo, a hair brush, a skirt, two tops, shorts and two dresses.

It seems a lot to squeeze into the rucksack – but by rolling each item of clothing, putting underwear in the handbag, she places each thing into her bag.

And yes, she can zip it closed.

She titled the video: “When it’s says £4.99 I’m making sure it stays £4.99!”

To which someone replied: “Tell me you’re flying with Ryanair without telling me you’re flying with Ryanair.”

“Ahahaha you caught me!”, Kate replied.

The video has gained 324.4k likes with many shocked at how savvy Kate was.

One fan commented: “I’m sorry but … the sample shampoo & conditioner is absolute genius. Thank you.”

A second echoed: “Why have i never thought of samples instead of bottles.”

“At first i was like no way she’s gonna do it and then you proceeded to prove me wrong”, another said.

And one suggested: “You need to try packing cubes!! Thank me later.”
