Now that holidays are back on the cards, many will be looking for getaways this summer.

But as the cost of living continues to rise, some may be restricted with how much they can spend on flights.

Luckily a savvy TikToker has shared how she finds cheap flights – and we couldn’t resist trying it out.

We were left impressed after finding a number of cheap flights from Glasgow Airport for under £50 in June

Jazz who goes under the handle LifeofJazz covers all things food and travel on the video app and has been sharing ways people can save money on their holidays.

In the minute long video she explains how you can find cheap flights.

Jazz explains: “I’m going to show you how to find cheap flights. Go to Google flights, type in your departure airport. Where to – you’re going to leave blank.

“Next you’re going to go to the flexible dates option, type in which ever month, whether it’s a weekend, one week, two weeks, whatever.

“Go to ‘filters’ now. Put in non-stop only, flights only, and put the price down to £50.

“Now you’re going to see all the flights under £50 in June.”

Jazz then showed the Google map which highlighted all the flights available under £50 in June, with destinations such as Rome, Madrid for £36 and Amsterdam for £40.

She then commented: “Google flights > Explore Tab > Flex Dates/ Specific Dates”, to break the process down.

We tried this exact hack, putting in Glasgow International Airport, picked the month of June and we were impressed with the results.

If you’re wanting a home-away-from-home feel, return flights to Dublin are currently priced for £26 on June 2 and flying back on June 9 with Ryanair.

While Ryanair provides cheap flights, it must be noted that you must pay for luggage that is over 40 x 20 x 25 measurements. But we also found a nifty way to pack a smaller bag to avoid those extra luggage costs.

For those wanting the sunshine, return flights to Malaga are only £40 with the budget airline. The holiday stretches from June 12 to June 18.

Near Malaga is Granada, known for it’s medieval castles and flights there are also just £40 on the same dates.

Over in central Europe, you can get a flight to Krakow for £46 from June 5 to June 12.
